Value-Add Development

We worked with real-estate investors and Stosh Thomas Architect, to remodel the original childhood home of Ted Williams while adding four additional rental units to the back of the property.

  • Renovation of the existing structure and construction of four additional rental units in accordance with approved plans and engineering. Work included site preparation, foundation, structural framing, roofing, exterior finishes, and coordination of all required inspections to support a multi-unit residential build. The project required careful integration of new construction with the existing structure while maintaining efficiency and alignment with zoning and development requirements.

  • The project was completed over an approximate 11-month schedule, including initial site work, structural construction, and final build-out.

  • The completed project successfully increased the property’s density with four additional rental units, transforming the site into a higher-performing, income-generating asset.

The new construction integrates with the existing structure while maximizing usable space, providing long-term value for the property owner.
