Foundation & Framing Services

We support the structural phase of construction, delivering foundation and framing for projects ranging from ADUs to multi-unit residential builds.

What We Offer

With our foundation and framing services, Bailer Hill Construction supports developers, investors, and builders through the structural phase of construction. We focus on delivering efficient, well-coordinated work from foundation through framing, ensuring each project is built in accordance with plans, engineering, and inspection requirements.

For clients with approved plans or projects ready to move forward, our team provides a streamlined approach to get structures built, dried-in, and ready for the next phase of construction.

  • Execution of foundations per approved plans and engineering, including excavation coordination, footings, slabs, embeds, and structural concrete required to support the build.

  • Complete structural framing, including walls, floor systems, and roof framing. Work is performed in alignment with plans and structural requirements to ensure accuracy and long-term performance.

  • Installation of sheathing and structural components required to prepare the building for dry-in. Focused on delivering a clean, inspection-ready structure ready for subsequent trades.

New Construction engagement levels are determined based on project scope, complexity, and coordination requirements. Final scope, schedule, and pricing are established following site evaluation and design review.

Our Process

1

Plan Review

We begin by reviewing architectural and structural plans to confirm scope, identify key details, and ensure alignment with engineering requirements. This allows us to provide accurate pricing and establish a clear path forward.

2

Scope & Scheduling

Once plans are confirmed, we define scope and coordinate scheduling based on project timelines, site conditions, and inspection requirements. Our team prepares for efficient mobilization to keep the project moving.

3

Foundation Execution

We complete foundation work in accordance with approved plans and engineering, including coordination of inspections and ensuring all structural elements are installed correctly and ready for the next phase.

4

Framing to Dry-In

Structural framing and sheathing are completed to deliver a clean, inspection-ready structure. The project is brought to dry-in stage, allowing follow-on trades to begin without delays.
