We worked with a local business owner in La Mesa County and Stosh Thomas Architect to build 3 multiple family units simultaneously on the back of existing properties.

This project included full design-build coordination and construction of three detached ADUs across separate residential lots. Scope consisted of site preparation, foundations, framing, roofing, exterior finishes, and utility connections, along with careful planning to align each unit for rear alley access. The layouts were replicated across all three units to streamline construction, maintain consistency, and improve cost efficiency.

The completed project delivered three high-quality ADUs that seamlessly integrate with their respective properties while adding significant rental potential. With mirrored layouts and dedicated alley access, each unit offers privacy, functionality, and long-term income value. The streamlined design and build approach also reduced construction complexity, allowing the owner to scale their investment efficiently across multiple properties.
