We worked with La Mesa homeowner to build a detached ADU designed to feel like a true home, not just an accessory structure.
The project was created to support family living today while providing long-term flexibility for the future, offering a space that can evolve with the owner’s needs over time.

Construction of a detached ADU in accordance with approved plans, including foundation, structural framing, roofing, exterior finishes, and full interior build-out.
The project included a rooftop deck with a custom concrete shelf and bar top, along with installation of a new septic system to support long-term use. The scope emphasized elevated finishes and thoughtful design throughout.
