  • Our Core Design-Build service is best suited for straightforward residential projects such as additions, garage conversions, simple ADUs, and single-scope new builds. We guide clients through early planning, coordinate with the design team, and manage construction once permits are approved. This level focuses on clear communication, efficient execution, and a well-organized build process. It is ideal for projects with minimal site or permitting complexity.

  • The Enhanced Design-Build service supports projects that require deeper planning and coordination, including larger additions, ADUs with site constraints, or partial redevelopment. We provide expanded pre-design analysis, consultant coordination, and active involvement through design development and permitting. This level helps address complexity early and supports smoother construction sequencing.

  • Our Comprehensive Design-Build service is designed for complex residential construction, including multi-unit developments, second-story expansions, and full demolition with new ground-up construction. This level includes advanced feasibility planning, phased design and construction coordination, and increased oversight across all stages of the project.
