At Bailer Hill Construction, we are creating a multi-generational construction legacy rooted in San Diego. Our success begins with our team of over 50 years of combined experience. We are able to take a project from the design and planning stages to occupancy for single-family custom homes, multi-family developments, and commercial mixed-use projects. Our commitment to innovation, safety, and craftsmanship, allows us to deliver on high quality builds that provide lasting value for our clients, our communities, and our people.

Meet The Founders

Bailer Hill Construction was founded in 2020 by Mike Hinds and Will Wennerholm: two industry veterans. Both Mike and Will have a passion for transforming concepts into reality with processes that are responsible, efficient, and high quality. Their partnership, forged through previous collaboration at a private equity firm, combines technical precision, operational excellence, and a shared vision for building lasting value in the communities they serve.

    Mike brings over 35 years of comprehensive experience His expertise spans from a deep understanding of the carpentry and concrete trades to large-scale operations, development strategy, project planning and management.
